Welcome to Momtorials! My mom always seems to call me, her geeky-son, with what I consider "basic" computer questions, this site is dedicated to her.

It's not that she doesn't get it, it's more an issue of the web industry being rather non-friendly. Too many assumptions, changes and wiz-bang features, not to mention the occasional defect that even advanced users don't understand.

So with a bit of patience and a little effort I hope that my mom will become a geek.
